Senior Boys High School Baseball action today will feature LCCVI hosting UCC

The Port Lambton Sr. Pirates host the Forest Dragons for the 2016 Home Opener.  The Home Opener will be on Sunday the 29th at 3 pm.  The Sr Pirates open up the season tonight in Wallaceburg at 7:30.

A strong weekend for the Wallaceburg Mens Sting Soccer team.  The Sting opened up the season with a win against St. Columban  3-1.  Casey McGee scored twice in the home opener which was a 2 all tie with Simcoe.  Goal keeper Sam Youlton earning the shut-out against Woodstock and the Sting get a 2 – Nothing will to sit in first place in the league.

2 members of the Chatham Maroons have committed to play for Northland College next year.   Forwards Chris Corgan and Declan Conway,  who are both American have agreed to play in the NCAA, and will be part of the Northland College team.
