Tartans Come Up Just Short

The Wallaceburg Tartans senior girls soccer team were one game, and perhaps only one shot away from qualifying for the OFSAA Soccer Championships.

The Tartans fell 2-1 to the Brennan Cardinals of Windsor Thursday in the SWOSSAA ‘AA’ senior girls soccer final.

Wallaceburg’s lone goal was scored by Shae Denys.

Brennan will now advance to OFSAA, which will be held June 2-4 in North Bay, Ontario.
