Chatham’s Clark Green Kicking For Lancers
Chatham’s Clark Green is kicking for a new team for the third straight season, as the kicker made his OUA debut for the University of Windsor Lancers this past weekend.
Green, who transferred from Concordia, where he spent two seasons, had to sit out last season from University action, forcing the kicker to play for Windsor’s AKO Fratmen.
With the Fratmen, Green was named game MVP in the OFC championship contest.
This past weekend, Green went 2-for-2 on field goals, hitting from 23- and 29-yards in a 78-6 loss to the Western University Mustangs.
Green also averaged 38.8 yards punting.
Green will be back in action with the Windsor Lancers Monday, September 5 against the Guelph Gryphons for their 2016 home opener.
Green is a graduate of Chatham-Kent Secondary School.
