Pataki, Green Headed To CFL Combine
Wallaceburg’s Jonah Pataki and Chatham’s Clark Green will participate in the 2017 CFL Combine next month leading up to the CFL Draft.
Pataki and Green will attend the Ontario Regional Combine March 17, with hopes of earning an invite to the National Combine March 23-27.
At the National Combine, players undergo extensive medical examinations, performance, strength and speed tests, on-field football drills, and team interviews.
Jonah Pataki set career highs for rushing yards (814) and rushing yards per game (101.8), while also scoring 7 rushing touchdowns for the Queens University Gaels. The running back is a graduate of Wallaceburg District Secondary School, and a Chatham-Kent Cougars alumni.
Clark Green spent last season kicking for the University of Windsor Lancers. Green went 11-for-17 on field goals, and averaged 36.7 yards punting. He transferred to Windsor after two seasons kicking with Concordia University. Green is a Chatham-Kent Secondary School, and Cougars’ alumni.
