Johnson Named To OUA All-Rookie Team

Chatham’s Pierce Johnson was recognized for a spectacular rookie campaign with the University of Windsor Lancers men’s volleyball program, earning OUA All-Rookie Team recognition.

Johnson, along with Lancers teammate Nolan Langley were part of the seven athlete group named to the OUA’s West Division 2017 men’s volleyball All-Rookie Team.

Johnson, a left side hitter is a graduate of Chatham-Kent Secondary School.

This season, Johnson appeared in all 17 matches for the Lancers, and was third on the team in most statistical categories including kills (123), blocks (20), and points (150).
