Maple City Cage Fighting Expanding To Windsor
Chatham’s Maple City Cage Fighting is expanding it’s horizon, holding their first event “on the road”.
After five consecutive and highly successful sell-outs in Chatham, MCC is making it’s debut in Windsor on Saturday, June 10th.
The “Rose City Showdown” will culminate live from the Fogolar Furlan Club in Windsor (1800 North Service Road) with a 6pm bell time.
With a growing fan base and packed attendance for all five prior events, advanced ticket purchases are recommended.
Tickets can be found at Maximum Training Centre – Windsor, Hybrid Training Academy Inc., Sengs Martial Arts and Fitness, Gracie Barra Chatham and through local fighters. CLICK HERE TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE
Rose City Showdown will feature some of the province’s best upcoming amateur mixed martial artists honing their craft. The June 10th event will feature two title clashes with the 145-pound and 155-pound championships on the line.
Shane Monaghan, one of Ontario’s most popular and dynamic amateur fighters, will make his first MCC title defence against Noah Crosswell with the 145-pound title on the line. Highly touted combatants Cody Chovancek and Michael Gigliotti will battle for the vacant 155-pound strap. Jesse Huizinga recently vacated the 155-pound championship to continue his MMA career as a professional fighter.
MCC will return to Chatham with two events before the end of 2017 – both held at the Chatham Banquet and Conference Centre on August 19th and November 25th.
