Chatham’s Ally Oulds will wear multiple hats this summer, competing both for Team Canada and Team Ontario.

From July 21 to 23, Oulds will run in the 400m hurdles for Team Canada at the Pan American U20 Track and Field Championships in Trujillo, Pero.

Ranked 4th by Athletics Canada in the event for under-20 athletes, Oulds was the OFSAA gold medallist this June in the 400m hurdles event while competing for Chatham-Kent Secondary School.

A Windsor Legion Track Team member, Oulds will also compete for Team Ontario from July 31 to August 4 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the Canada Summer Games.

Her personal best time of 1:00.81 stands as her benchmark for qualification to these events.

Next season, Oulds, who graduated from CKSS this year, will run track for the Western University Mustangs.
