Lakers Main Camp Announced

The Wallaceburg Lakers are once again looking for a fresh start heading into the 2017-18 PJHL campaign. The next chapter of the Stobbs Division club will put pen to paper and skate blade to ice with main camp announced for August 15th, 17th and 18th.

The skates will be held at the Walpole Island Arena, by invite only.

The Lakers are also holding regular skates at the Sarnia Progressive Arena on Wednesday nights from 8pm-9pm.

The Lakers will be backed by new coaching staff this year including head coach Rick Vancoille. Joining Vancoille on the bench are Ed Burm and Luke Blackbird. Justin Allaer also joins the team as goalie coach.

Wallaceburg finished last season out of the playoff race with a last place record of 3-36-1 and have missed the post-season for six consecutive years.
