Pool Sharks Earning Hardware At Jr Nationals

The Chatham Pool Sharks found the podium early at the 2017 National Junior Championships in Toronto.

Chatham’s Genevieve Sasseville continued to elevate her stock, as she captured GOLD in the 100 fly with a new best time of 1.01.67 – the best time in the country! Gigi also finished fourth in the 100 free swim, just missing the podium, while posting a life-time best of 59.03 seconds

Madison Broad added to her trophy case with a SILVER in the 200 backstroke. The Wallaceburger swam a personal-best-time of 2.13.56

Kendra Poleowski finished 10th in the country in the 100 fly and 9th in the 100 free. David Tran also posted solid swims.

The Pool Sharks sit in 4th place overall in team points after two days of competition

The Sharks get a breather today (FRIDAY) and are back in the pool on Saturday.
