Stobbs Players Shine At PJHL Prospects Day

Stobbs Division players won both games they were involved in Saturday at the PJHL Prospects Day in New Hamburg, Ontario.

In the Stobbs versus Yeck Division game, Dresden Kings forward Aidan Lachine topped all players with a goal and two assists, helping the Stobbs Division to a 6-5 win.

Lachine assisted on goals by Chatham’s Ty Lucio (Wallaceburg Lakers) and Wheatley’s Cameron Cronheimer (Wheatley Sharks).

Wallaceburg Lakers defenseman Bailey Smith also scored on the powerplay, with assists going to Blenheim Blades teammates Michael Vanek and Lucas Fancy.

Several other Stobbs Division players suited up for the PJHL Black team, who defeated the Pollock Division 4-2.

Dresden Kings netminder Cody Hitchcock stopped all 15 shots he played during the game for the PJHL Black team.
