Video Highlights: LaSalle Vipers vs. Chatham Maroons
The Chatham Maroons needed a third period push, including two special teams goals, to comeback to beat the LaSalle Vipers 4-3 in overtime Sunday at Chatham Memorial Arena.
Coach Ron Horvat says it was a defensive battle. Bryce Yetman had two goals for Chatham including the tying goal, scored shorthanded midway through the third period.
Josh Supryka (sup-REEK-ah) scored the game winner just 45 seconds into the extra frame. The Maroons currently sit sixth in the GOJHL Western Conference, two points back of LaSalle and three points behind both St. Thomas and Sarnia.
