Chatham’s Logan Kucera is off to an incredible start in her OCAA basketball career with the St. Clair Saints women’s basketball team, sitting among provincial scoring leaders.

Kucera has scored an average of 18.3 points per game through her first three college basketball games, good for 8th in the province.

Kucera, a Chatham-Kent Secondary School graduate, has topped the 20-point mark twice, scoring 21-points in a season opening loss to Humber, and 20-points this weekend against Niagara. She also put up 14-point in a St. Clair win over Redeemer College.

The St. Clair Saints roster also includes Kucera’s twin sister Jana Kucera, who has been injured to open the season, and Wallaceburg’s Torrie Handsor, who is in her fourth year with the Saints.
