After a pair of wins last weekend, the Chatham Maroons have struggled over the past four days, falling to the Sarnia Legionnaires Sunday night, after a loss to Leamington on Thursday.

Sunday, Sarnia’s Jon Sanderson scored a hat trick, while his Legionnaires linemate Brock Perry put up four assists to beat the Chatham Maroons 5-2 in front of over 700 Chatham faithful.

Bryce Yetman and Josh Supryka, who have been two of the Maroons’ offensive leaders all season, scored the only Chatham goals in the game.

Yetman leads Chatham in scoring this season with 22 goals and 42 points in 29 games.

John Massara made 35 saves in the loss for Chatham.
