Kings Stay Alive With Game Three Win
The Dresden Kings stayed alive in their best-of-seven PJHL Stobbs Division semi-final, winning game three to make it a 2-1 series.
The Kings scored 3 power play goals and a shorthanded goal en route to a 4-3 win.
Brendan Ritchie and Derek Shaw both scored second period goals on the powerplay, with Nolan VandenBoorn picking up assists on both.
In the third period, Geoffry VandenBoorn and Darien Davis scored special teams goals.
Brendan Johnston made 24 saves to help the Kings hold on.
Game 4 is Sunday at 2:30pm in Essex.
