The Chatham Maroons got back in the win column Thursday night against the St. Thomas Stars, taking a 4-3 victory at Memorial Arena.

Dane Johnstone and Noah Bushnell both scored in the first period to give Chatham a solid lead after the first frame.

St. Thomas got one back to open the second, but Dakota Bohn scored for Chatham on the powerplay to regain their two goal spread.

In the third, St. Thomas continued pushing, but Bushnell scored his second of the game, which would hold up as the game winning goal.

Ryan Wagner took the win in net making 37 saves.

Chatham does not play at home this Sunday as it is Super Bowl Sunday.
