The Chatham Maroons’ offense was dangerous Sunday night at Memorial Arena, as the home team blasted the LaSalle Vipers 7-0.

Chatham owned each zone in the game, and were sparked by three shorthanded goals in the second period.

Bryce Yetman paced Chatham scoring two goals and adding a pair of assists in the win.

Dane Johnston had two goals and an assist, and Josh Supryka had a goal and two assists.

Jordan Frasca and Noah Bushnell also scored for the Maroons, while Dawson Garcia and Dakota Bohn each had a pair of assists.

Ryan Wagner had the shutout in net, stopping all 35 shots he faced.

There is a log jam at the bottom of the GOJHL’s Western Conference, as the Strathroy Rockets, Komoka Kings, and St. Mary’s Lincolns are all tied with 27 points. Two of those teams will make the playoffs, while one will not.
