Johnson Spectacular, Wins OUA Bronze With Windsor

Pierce Johnson was spectacular for the Windsor Lancers men’s volleyball team this weekend, leading all players with 26.5 points on 24 kills, and helping the Lancers win an OUA title, and secure their spot at the USports Nationals Championships.

The win, saw Windsor defeat the Ryerson Rams 3-2 (25-23, 21-25, 25-23, 22-25, 15-10) victory over the Ryerson Rams.

It was the first ever OUA medal, and first ever qualification for Nationals for the Windsor Lancers men’s volleyball program.

Last week, Johnson was named an OUA First Team All-Star. Last season he was an OUA All-Rookie team honouree.
