Maroons Even Series With LaSalle

After falling behind 2-0 in their best of seven opening round playoff series, the Chatham Maroons won a pair of games this weekend to pull even with the LaSalle Vipers, knotting their GOJHL series at 2-2.

Chatham best LaSalle 4-2 Sunday night to tie things up.

Dawson Garcia and Dakota Bohn got things going for Chatham in the first period, each scoring a power play goal.

Steven Fowler had a goal and an assist for the Maroons, while Bryce Yetman also scored.

Dane Johnston and Ryan Sarris each chipped in with a pair of assists.

Ryan Wagner had another strong game between the pipes for Chatham, stopping 28 shots in front of a large and loud crowd of over 1000 spectators.

Game 5 is Wednesday, March 7 at 7pm in LaSalle.
