Mustangs Named OUA Team of the Year Including Martin, Miller, Lindley

Three Chatham football players, Connor Martin, Austin Miller, and Zach Lindley were part of the Vanier Cup winning Western Mustangs, who were honoured this week as the OUA’s Male Team of the Year.

The Mustangs won the school’s 31st Yates Cup and 7th Vanier Cup after finishing the regular season with a perfect 8-0 record.

Martin, a defensive end played in 12 games for the Mustangs collecting 35 tackles.

Miller suited up for the Mustangs on their defensive line.

Lindley was in his first season with the Mustangs.
