Bryar Dittmer Signs With Junior A Brockville
Chatham’s Bryar Dittmer will be heading North this season to play Junior A in the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) with the Brockville Braves.
Last season, Dittmer played for the Lambton Jr. Sting Major Midget ‘AAA’ team where he was selected to play in the Alliance’s All-Star game. Dittmer, a defenseman, had 4 goals and 13 points in 22 regular season games. He also suited up in one game as an affiliate for the Junior B Strathroy Rockets.
Dittmer is a longtime alumni of the Chatham-Kent Cyclones ‘AAA’ organization. He was an all-star selection in his minor midget season as well.
Brockville finished second in their division last season with a 38-20-2 record. The CCHL and Brockville are known for developing and advancing players to the NCAA, Major Junior, and Pro hockey.
