Shona Branton Competing At Swimming Trials

Shona Branton of Port Lambton will compete this week at the Canadian Swimming Trials in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Port Lambton resident and Wallaceburg student is a member of the Sarnia Rapids Swim Team.

She competed in the Canadian Swimming Nationals this past April in Montreal, finishing 3rd in the B final to qualify for the Trials, which take place from July 18-22 in the 50m Breaststroke.

Branton completed her 50m race in 33.76, a personal best time.
