Outlaws Win Stoney Creek Showcase
The Chatham Outlaws won the silver division at the Stoney Creek Showcase this weekend.
The Outlaws finished 3-1 in pool play, before beating Mississauga 2-1 in the silver medal game, and Durham West 5-1 in the championship game.
Sarah Marchand paced the Outlaws through the tournament, while Charing Cross’ Brooke Michaud was the top Chatham-Kent born scorer.
In pool play, Chatham defeated Nepean, Honeybaked, Boston, and lost their only game of the tournament, a 1-0 decision to Ottawa.
