MacKinnon, Kipinak Shine in NCAA Golf

Chatham’s Brooke MacKinnon of the University of Hartford women’s golf team, finished second overall this weekend at the Sacred Heart Fall Classic in Milford, Connecticut.

This was MacKinnon’s best finish to date.

MacKinnon shot an 82 and 75, helping her University of Hartford team to a third place finish.

Wheatley’s Erin Kopinak was also on the course this weekend, playing 7th individually shooting 90 and 86 at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Collegiate Golf Challenge. Kopinak’s Delaware State Hornets won the women’s team competition at the tournament.
