Maroons Enjoy Winning Weekend
On Saturday, Chatham beat first place London 5-2. Eddie Schulz had a goal and two assists, while Matt Murray, Nolan Gardiner, Thomas Michaud, and Zach Power also scored, while Adam Harris was strong in net stopping 40 shots.
Sunday at home, celebrating breat cancer awareness night, Chatham leapfrogged Komoka in the standings, winning 4-3. Josh King and Eddie Schulz each had a pair of goals in the win.
Chatham now sits in third in the GOJHL’s Western Conference with a 7-2-0-2 record, and are only one point behind second place Leamington with a game in hand.
