Jack Studnicka Playing Key Role For Canada

Jack Studnicka is having an excellent World Junior Championship for Team Canada, playing a key role in the team’s early success.

The Oshawa Generals captain, who has strong Chatham-Kent ties has a goal and three assists in three games for Canada.

A second round pick, 53rd overall by the NHL’s Boston Bruins, Studnicka is the brother of former Chatham Maroons forward Sam Studnicka.

His father, Todd Studnicka was born in Chatham-Kent, where his grandparents live.
