Kings Can’t Hold Canadiens, Fall 4-3

The Dresden Kings fought off the Lakeshore Canadiens for much for Friday night, but eventually fell 4-3.

Lakeshore outshot Dresden 49-22, with rookie Brett Brochu making 45 saves in the Dresden loss.

The Kings were up 2-1 after the opening period on goals by Greg Hay and Elijah Duquette.

Geoffry VandenBoorn had the other Dresden Kings goal.

Game four is Sunday night at 7:30pm.
