Lavoie Wins At Conference Championships

Maddy Lavoie of Wheatley had an incredible start to her first ever NSISC Conference Swimming Championships winning two events for Delta State University.

A freshman, Lavoie won the 200 IM touching in 2:02:43.

She also helped her Lady Statesmen team win the 200 medley relay, setting a new school record time of 1:41:02.

Lavoie, a Blenheim Blast alumni, is studying Exercise Science at Delta State University.
