VanMoorsel Wins Squash Ontario Junior Silver Event

Gabe VanMoorsel of Chatham won the Squash Ontario Junior Silver event in London, Ontario this past weekend.

Competing in the Boys under 15 games, VanMoorsel won three matches, beating Jackson Hill 11-4, 11-4, 11-7, Dylan Charles 11-6, 11-6, 11-6, and Nathan Mandingo 6-11, 11-4, 11-9, 14-12 to take the title.

This is Gabe VanMoorsel’s second Silver win of the season. He also won the White Oaks/Niagara-on-the-Lake event in November, and made the final in an event at St. Andrews College earlier this season.

VanMoorsel competes out of Maple City Squash Club in Chatham.
