Dawson, Nationals Headed For Sutherland Cup

The London Nationals, captained by former Dresden Kings product and Florence resident Kyle Dawson, won their fourth consecutive GOJHL Western Conference championship this week.

They were the first team to punch their ticket to the Sutherland Cup semi-finals.

London swept the Leamington Flyers, who featured Chatham-Kent products Levi Tetrault and Thomas Michaud.

Dawson had an assist in the deciding game, and has 4 points in 10 playoff games this season.

Dawson and the London Nationals will now await the winners of the other two Conferences, as well as a wild card entry to the Sutherland Cup semis.
