Matt Balkwill Pitching For London Majors

Chatham pitcher Matt Balkwill will be pitching in a relief role this summer for the London Majors.

Balkwill spent the past four seasons as a closer for the University of Brock Badgers, before the 6’2” hurler signed with the Intercounty Baseball League team.

Over the weekend, Balkwill came into the game in a relief role, and helped the Majors complete a no-hitter in a 9-0 exhibition win.

Their regular season opens May 10.
