Emma Pegg proved she isn’t only one of the fastest runners in Canada, she’s now one of the fastest this side of the Atlantic, after winning a silver medal at the NACAC Championships in Mexico.
Pegg won silver with a time of 2:10.49, followed closely by Canadian teammate Cassandra Williamson in 2:11.15 who won bronze in the U18 800m final.
The NACAC brings together the top athletes from North America, Central America, and Caribbean countries.
