The PJHL Stobbs Division leading Lakeshore Canadiens got stronger Thursday, adding a pair of veteran scorers from Chatham-Kent.

The Canadiens traded for Brendan Ritchie, who had served as captain of the Dresden Kings this season before leaving the team weeks ago. Ritchie had 5 points in 7 games this season before requesting a trade.

Lakeshore also added Kier Cumming, who had yet to play a game this season. Last year, Cumming had 17 goals and 48 points in 38 games for the Blenheim Blades.

Lakeshore sits atop the Stobbs Division with a 14-2-0-0 record.
