Agosta will play for the Canadian All-Stars in a 20-minute 3-on-3 tournament against a team of American All-Stars.
“The intention here is to give these elite players the forum they’ve earned and they deserve,” said Steve Mayer, NHL executive vice president and chief content officer in an NHL.com news release. “It’s thrilling for us to be able to give them this moment.”
Agosta has won three Olympic gold medals, an Olympic silver medal, two World Championship gold medals and six silver medals at the World Championships.
