Crushing It Heading Toward Playoffs

The Crush won both games they played this past weekend beating the London Devilettes 4-2 and the Belmont Blazers 5-1.
On Saturday, Emma Doom scored a pair, while Ella Altiman and Olivia Caines picked up singles in the win.
Sunday afternoon at Memorial Arena, Reese Parks, Hailee Schepens, Riley Strohm, Sophie Coristine, and Emma Doom scored for the Crush, while Avery Haines was solid in net for the win.
The 4-point weekend puts the Crush in second place in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League West Division with a 10-5-5 record.
Chatham-Kent closes out their regular season next weekend playing the Bluewater Hawks and Cambridge Roadrunners.
