Novice Wildcats Win Another Medal

The Chatham-Kent Wildcats U10 Novice Girls Green are on a roll to start off their 2020 season winning back to back medals.

After winning gold last weekend in London the girls continued their excellent play in Windsor this weekend finishing with a silver medal.

The Chatham-Kent Wildcats defeated the Windsor Valiants 37-9 and Tecumseh Saints 46-4 with Rebecca Morrison leading them in scoring with 10 and 12 points respectively in the games.

Chatham-Kent fought hard in the championship game, unfortunately losing to another Tecumseh Saints team with a score of 15-9. Cristelle Suffi lead the team with 5 points in the final.

The girls are looking forward to a tough tournament and will be playing some of the top teams in their age group next weekend in Newmarket.
