Brochu has won 11 straight games for the OHL’s London Knights, including 9 in January.
The 17-year-old Brochu, who played last season with the Dresden Kings, had a .940 save percentage, and a 1.89 GAA in January.
Brochu’s season long save percentage of .916 is fourth in the OHL, and his goals against average of 2.52 is third.
His totals have him atop all statistical categories for rookie netmidners in the OHL.
