Our Champions: Kent Cobras Major Novice ‘AA’ Team

“Our Champions” will look at local team’s who didn’t get to finish their season due to COVID-19. This week we celebrate the Kent Cobras Major Novice ‘AA’ team.

The Major Novice Kent Cobras went a perfect 8-0 in Bluewater League play. The team followed this up by going 4-0 at the Breakaway Winter Class hosted by Southpoint Minor Hockey winning the Ovechkin Championship. T

The team was scheduled to be off for March Break before resuming the season with a double elimination playoff tournament between the top 4 teams in the Bluewater league on March 28-29. They were also scheduled to attend the Pickering Spring Thaw Tournament on April 3, 4, 5.
