Bridget Carleton Signs Pro Contract In France
Chatham’s Bridget Carleton is making another move in her basketball career, signing to play professional basketball during the overseas season in France.
Carleton spent last season playing in the WNBA with the Minnesota Lynx and Connecticut Sun, as well as overseas in the WNBL in Australia with the JCU Townsville Fire.
She has signed with Landerneau Bretagne Basket in Landerneau, France. The season is slated to begin in October.

Carleton is a graduate of the Iowa State Cyclones program in the NCAA, where she was the Big 12 Player of the Year before turning professional.
Carleton is also part of Canada’s National Women’s Basketball team, which qualified for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
