Chatham’s Ryan Gagner has committed to play for the Chatham Maroons as one of the team’s 16-year-olds for next season.

“Ryan has great speed and is tenacious on the puck,” said. Chatham Maroons head coach and general manager Tyler Roeszler.

“With Ryan’s great speed and energy, it allows him to contribute to his team in several ways. He uses his speed to be first on the puck and uses his high skill level to create offensively.”

Gagner tied for the Chatham-Kent Cyclones minor midget ‘AAA’ scoring lead this past season with 29 points in 33 games.

He had 8 points in 8 playoff games.

Gagner, a centerman, was the 115th overall pick in the 6th round of the 2020 OHL Draft by the Peterborough Petes.
