Blades Begin Re-Signing Veterans

The Blenheim Blades made two significant roster announcements last week, bringing back a pair of key veterans.

The Blades first announcement was the signing of overage captain Alex Cunningham.

Cunningham who spent three seasons playing Junior B for the Komoka Kings is entering his second campaign with Blenheim. He also served as captain last season when he scored 6 goals and 21 points in 39 games.

Blenheim’s second signing was fellow overager Noah Tetrault.

The 6’3″ defender will enter his 5th Junior C campaign, and third with the Blades. He had 1 goal and 5 points, along with 102 penalty minutes last season with the Blades.
