The Blenheim Blades are one of the few local hockey teams back on the ice in preparation for the 2020-2021 season.

They’re also one of the lone teams continuing to announce signings this offseason.

Last week, the Blades re-signed their top scorers, including leading scorer Seth Henderson.

Henderson had a team high 18 goals and 38 points last season.

The team’s second leading scorer Christian Moccia was also brought back. Moccia had 25 points last year.

Finally, the team re-signed top defensive pointer getter Sebastian Stubberfield. Stubberfield had 20 points from the Blades’ blueline. He also appeared in 4 games with the Chatham Maroons.
