Gorski Makes 44-Saves In Merrimack Win

Wallaceburg’s Emma Gorski was spectacular for the Merrimack College Warriors in their first win of the season.

Gorski turned aside 44 shots in a 3-2 Merrimack win over Holy Cross.

Friday, Gorski made 23 saves in a 4-2 season opening loss against Holy Cross.

This season marks the first games in NCAA Division I action for Merrimack. Gorski is in her second season with the Warriors.

Last year, Gorski appeared in 9 games, collecting a 0.904 save percentage and 3.38 GAA.
