Brodie Assists On Winner, Looking For His First Goal

Dresden’s TJ Brodie assisted on Austin Matthews’ game winning goal Thursday night to help the Toronto Maple Leafs extend their win streak.

Brodie’s third period powerplay assist proved to be the difference maker for the Maple Leafs in a 4-3 win over the Edmonton Oilers.

Through 9 games however, Brodie has yet to score a goal for the Leafs.

He has 4 assists and is averaging 21:33 in ice time per game for Toronto.
