Tough Stretch Gets Tougher For Konecny As He Enters COVID-19 Protocol

Trying to rebound from a scoreless drought and being a health scratch, Philadelphia Flyers all-star Travis Konecny has hit another speed bump being placed on the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol list.

Recently, the Philadelphia Flyers have had multiple games cancelled after players on the team tested positive for COVID-19.

The protocol does not necessarily mean Konecny has COVID-19 – those on COVID-19 protocol have either tested positive, are exhibiting symptoms, or have been a close contact of a positive case.

Through 12 games this season, Konecny has 8 points.
