Paige Johnston is a former college basketball player, who now works to inspire others through the health and fitness industry.

Here is what Johnston had to say for International Women’s Day:

“I am beyond grateful to be a woman. There is no limit as to what we as women can accomplish! Whatever you set your mind to, you can and will achieve.

My journey towards a healthier happier life has not been easy. Through this process I have learned and grown so much. I think that beauty comes from figuring out who you actually are and what you love. My journey has allowed me to become the happiest version of me.
