Stephens Throws Well In Miami

Chatham’s Alison Stephens had another strong week of competition, this time at the Miami Hurricanes Invitational in Miami, Florida.

Stephens, competing with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock was in her second outdoor NCAA meet.

In the hammer, Stephens finished fourth with a throw of 144-4 (44.01m) and was fifth in the discus with a throw of 132-11 (40.52m).

Both of her performances ranked third in school history.
