Nicholas, Canada Split Opening Day Games

Blenheim’s Breanne Nicholas and Team Canada’s Rugby 7s team played to a 1-1 split on their opening day of competition at the Tokyo Olympics.

In their opening match, Canada trounced Brazil 33-0.

Nicholas came into the game early as a substitution.

In their second match, Nicholas started at back for Canada, however Team Canada fell to Fiji 26-12.
