Brett Brochu To Start For Team Canada Against Austria

Tilbury’s Brett Brochu will get the start tomorrow against Austria. This according to TSN’s Mark Masters.

Brochu has been off to a spectacular start this season with the OHL’s London Knights, and was one of three netminders named to Canada’s rosters.

Austria was defeated 7-1 today by Finland.

Last season during the COVID-19 cancellation of the OHL season, Brochu signed with the AHL’s Wilkes/Barre Scranton Penguins, playing one game for the team.
