Crush Win Gold In Brantford

The Chatham-Kent Crush U15 ‘A’ hockey team took gold this weekend at the 40th annual Walter Gretzky Hockey Tournament in Brantford.

Chatham-Kent defeated the host Brantford Ice Cats 3-2 in the gold medal game.

In round robin play, Chatham-Kent defeated the Mississauga Hurricanes and Saugeen Maitland Lightning by identical 1-0 scores, fell to Brantford 1-0, and tied the North York Storm 5-5.
