Dresden Kings Sign Four Players

The Dresden Kings signed their first four players of the offseason this week, including three local products.

The rookies include Ben Church, Tyler June, and Caleb Tryon.

Dresden also signed overage veteran Junior hockey player Colton Quipp who spent the last two seasons with the PJHL’s Goderich Flyers.

Quipp captained the Flyers last season registering eight points in 32 regular season games before collecting seven in eight playoff contests.

Quipp comes to Dresden as he’ll attend Lambton College next year.

Last season the Dresden Kings missed the playoffs for the first time in more than a decade finishing last in the nine-team PJHL Stobbs Division with a 4-24-3-1 record.
